There are 3 steps to enrolling in BAYCAT’s Fall Program:

1. Send in a complete application. After you send a complete application to BAYCAT, you will receive an email confirming that we received your application. If you do not receive an email, please call 415-701-8228 x 203.

2. Come to BAYCAT for a tour and interview with an application workshop with BAYCAT staff. BAYCAT’s program staff will call you to inform you of the workshop dates, you would have at least 2 options to choose for these workshops.  After the workshops and submitting proper paperwork, we would call you to confirm if you have been accepted into our program. Youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their interview.

3. Verify your household’s annual income. BAYCAT’s funding agencies require all students to provide information about their household’s income. This information is confidential. Although BAYCAT aims to serve low-income individuals, all applicants are given equal consideration and will not necessarily be excluded because of their household’s income. You are required to bring one of the following documents to your application workshop workshop : - Copy of your most recent tax return - Copy of your most recent payroll stub (cannot be older than 2 months) - CalWorks documentation - Food Stamps documentation - Medi-CAL card - SSI documentation - Documentation that the student/family lives in public housing - Documentation that the student lives in foster care.
